To run RANROD, you need at least the following:
- Python 2.5 or newer (no 3.x), http://www.python.org/
- Paramiko SSH for Python, http://www.lag.net/paramiko/
Please refer to the supported devices.
Firstly, choose a repository format you wish to use, this requires additional software to manage the repositories generated by RANROD. Currently the following Version Control Systems are supported:
- Mercurial, http://mercurial.selenic.com/
- Git, http:///git-scm.com/
- Subversion, http://subversion.tigris.org/
